Refund Policy

We want every young storyteller and parent inside the ThriveVerse Creative Writing Program to feel confident about their investment. Our refund policy is intentionally simple and transparent.

7-day refund window

You may request a refund within 7 days of your original purchase date. Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted, regardless of the reason.

80% refund amount

If your request is made within the 7-day window, you are eligible for a refund of 80% of the amount paid. The remaining 20% is retained to cover payment processing, platform, administrative, and program preparation costs already incurred.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at thriveverseofficial@gmail.com from the same email address used at checkout, with the subject line "Refund Request" and your order details.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-refundable situations

Any request made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
Classes, resources, sessions, or other program components that have already been delivered or consumed.
Missed classes or sessions due to the participant's inability to attend.
Requests arising from a change of mind after the 7-day refund period.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team.
